Smoked Fish

We found a fishmonger, in the middle of nowhere, that sells smoked fish.

The tuna wasn't ready on first visit so we went back a couple of hours later and I bought smoked Riccola and smoked Tuna. It is vacuum packed so I can enjoy the taste of Cape Verde over the coming weeks.
