Family in Reykjavík

I was up very early this morning, preparing for our trip to Reykjavík.  We began our drive just after 9:30, stopped for lunch in Staðarskáli and arrived in Reykjavík around 15:00.
Our first stop was at my brother Jóhann's home in Vesturbærinn, where he lives with his girlfriend Arna and their labrador Róbert Fróði.  My son Dagur joined us (he lives nearby) and we had a nice chat and some coffee.  
In the evening there was a big family-dinner at my in-laws where the whole family got together (all 16 of us!) and had a lovely time as usual.

Exhausted, but happy, when I went to sleep just before midnight :)
