Chocolate Mousse

I took a photo of this expecting it to taste totally amazing. It was disappointing and powdery. Didn't really taste like chocolate. But strawberry flavoured stuff never really tastes like strawberries, and banana flavoured stuff never really tastes of bananas, and things like tomato sauce never really tastes like tomatoes does it?

The ice cream van was outside my house earlier which I thought was odd given how cold it is outside. They should turn the van into a hot chocolate van over winter I think.
