Theobalds - Temple Bar

Temple Bar
Circular walk with friends . In 1880 Temple Bar the only remaining gateway to the city of London was removed to Theobalds were it languished for many years - but visited by locals . Today we passed the place where it once stood and remembered past times and visits . 
It was eventually restored and moved back to the city in 2004 where it now stands in Paternoster square near St Pauls Cathedral.
