I had the day off today to make sure that pops was ok.
He's not great but he's putting a brave face on it. He really looks like he's been in the ring with Frank Bruno.

My head feels like it's been in the ring with Frank Bruno.

I'm back at work tomorrow but I willbe worrying about pops.

Pops stayed on his feet no tumbles today.
