Let's Take A Walk

This is a section of the boardwalks in Vereen Gardens, a coastal park, where I've taken photos before.  The reason for the crook in the shadows is the change in elevation by an upward slope of the walkway.  The boardwalks cross large areas of marsh where cord grass (what you see) grows and according to the sign, acts as a retainer and stabilizer for parts of the marsh.  The Intracoastal Waterway is at the end of one of the boardwalks.  At high tide, the cord grass is less visible
