A Find

I found this little plate when making room for all the marmalade at the weekend. There are two, showing different castles, and someone has made a hole in the top! I used to have them hanging up in the kitchen, once upon a time. Is it a Scottish castle? I always imagined so - a real fairy tale picture!

Today I had one of those long waits on the end of the phone to an electricity company. When eventually the person answered, she asked why I wanted to transfer my custom to another firm. One reason, I told her very politely, was that I did not wish to spend 20 minutes waiting for my call to be answered. She apologised, making excuses - they had been busy!!
Some firms just don't get it, do they??
