Good Enough

My flatmate and I decided to bake this evening. You could call it a 'bake off', to rival our other flatmate who is amazing at baking. We really just wanted to show her our potential. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until we got to the part where we had to whisk the eggs and sugar together. The recipe said we needed to use an electric whisk, and of course, we didn't have one. All I had was this silicone... yes, silicone whisk. Probably one of the worst designs ever! After some time of the silicone bending against the thick mixture, we eventually managed it. The end result was successful, and I'd say she now has a bit of competition in the house.
