Consultation...

Big ideas?  Buy an old night club?  Turn it into an indoor skatepark.

I was pretty sceptical when I first heard about it.  Went up to the consultation tonight and ended up being very impressed.

The guy was very enthusiastic, had proven record for delivering similar projects and understands that indoor skateparks work best as community hubs rather than gold mine businesses.
