Internet and phones

Our phone stopped working on Friday. Suddenly we realise how much we use the Internet. These little plugs and wires through which we cram big chucks of data that get whisked away to where ever in the world it needs (and often doesn't need) to go. Thankfully the BT engineer braved a cold day to rummage around in a wet snowy hole to fix it
