New Parliament House

The Royal High School 1829-1968, the envisaged Parliament before the failed 1979 referendum, rejected in favour of the Enric Miralles designed building at Holyrood for the 1999 devolved Scottish Parliament, failed to be funded as the Scottish National Photographic Centre in 2003 and now under planning consent as a £800/night "boutique" hotel.
