Legal 10km walk

Quick blip this evening as I am shattered. I took part in the London Legal 10km Walk today with 2 work chums and a team of about 45 from our firm. It's supported by all the legal industry from top firms to local charities.

I am pooped and my recent lack of exercise (wholly due to my laziness and too much photography) is to blame.

Anyway, as we staggered back to the finish line in the rather grand Royal Courts of Justice I spotted this lady. This lady I had seen back at St Paul's and and not realised she was part of the walk. Amongst the sea of corporate t-shirts, expensive trainers and Lycra there she was as large as life with a handbag, coat, regular shoes and the biggest pair of cans on her head.

What a star with a smile on her face and happy as they come. She was walking for a charity called Waterloo Active, bless her.

Off to rest my weary legs.
