Would you believe this is the front end of him ! I took this photo just before l left to meet up with Karen, (Life In Brighton) for lunch . Lovely to catch up again over a healthy chicken teriyaki in Itsu. Not a glass of wine in sight ! Ha ha !
Healthy eating still on track , and clothes feeling slightly more comfortable , so I guess some good is coming from my efforts !
