Other animals?

I may be being pedantic here, but plenty of people walk other animals, one of the ladies at work has toilet trained her cat and takes it for walks (so doesn't fit my question in the toilet training idea)....

So my question is, can other animals poo in the park and be let off leads?

Ok and anyone that knows my posts would know I have never discussed poo....but does anyone else see a problem with the dog standing next to it; it is way too close to his back leg....he can't have done that unless he stood and stepped backwards. I just think it would have been better to have a more realistic picture, it's way too close and looks silly. Ok, poo post done.
