Supper
Tonight it was Rocket, Halloumi, Bacon & Tomato salad.
I'm running out of ideas, and it's hard to make sure my macros are spot on at the end of each day, but it's trial and error. Think I may have hit ketosis.
(Ketosis is a state the body goes into if it needs to break down body fat for energy. The state is marked by raised levels of ketones in the blood which can be used by the body as fuel)
ketosis is not the same as ketoacidosis
