Park railing

My Tibetan terrier, Tashi, had me up at 4:30 this morning (grrrrr!) and whilst out walking him I spotted this. It is such an ordinary object, however, the (almost full) moon was just above the 'point' of the railing and the North Star can be seen just above and slightly to the right of the moon!
