Slightly Grumpy Dead

Off ill today with yet another cold. After watching "Our Guy in India" which was brilliant (big fan of Guy Martin) I watched the remake of The Evil Dead. In daylight.

I think, that - to quote Murtaugh, "I'm getting too old for this shit."

70 000 gallons of fake blood, does not a scary film, make. I no longer care about whiny teens who get bumped off in predictable order. So the cushion was to protect me from the cliches and iffy acting...

I feel the need to get out my copy of the original now.
