Still some snow about

After a pretty big thaw yesterday it froze overnight so there was still some snow around in places.  I was surprised to see this fungi still looking good!

A day catching up with chores, letters and a bit of shopping as we'd run out of milk and bananas.  Whilst at Tesco I brought a couple of fruit trees for the allotment, a Braeburn Apple and Victoria Plum.  I brought a greengage and another apple (can't remember the variety!) a couple of years ago, again from Tesco, and it's done very well indeed so fingers crossed these do the same.
