This was once the local psychiatric hospital, once the lunatic asylum. I was a patient there for a week twenty years ago when they thought my behaviour odd, and diagnosed me with bipolar disorder. I was seeing my psychiatrist today, a sunny chap from down under. I asked why I was still taking lithium twenty years later, and he agreed I could reduce it.
