Moving on.

This site has been an eyesore for over a decade. It used to be where the snooker hall and a petrol station were located. It was bought for development during the Celtic Tiger for god knows how many million. The buildings were flattened, and then the Bust happened. And then nothing happened.
Work has finally commenced. The heavy machinery has arrived. The economy must be picking up. 
These two kids will have something exciting to talk about when they get home after their walk with Grandad.
