The Bully
A catching up day today. Having spent the day out of the office yesterday, there was a boring lot of admin to catch up on.
I got home and realised today was the day I really did have to catch up on the ironing.
And then my reminder 'pinged' to remind me about my blip for today and once again I was playing catch up!
No photos today, so here we have The Bully in our tropical fish tank. He wasn't always a bully, in fact all the time his 'wife' was alive he was the bullied one. She would spend weeks creating a clean space to lay her eggs and then he would have to hide, because for reasons we could not fathom she would attack him as soon as she saw him. She would attack any of the other fish that came near the eggs, but would even leave the eggs to have a go at him!
She got a cancer and died a few weeks ago. Almost overnight his temperament changed and he torments the angel fish, but most of all the clown loaches. Although you can't actually see it in this picture he is actually positioned over a hollow root in which the clown loach have made their home. He waits for one of them to come out and then chases it around the tank until it manages to find refuge.
