Shades and tones

Well it's been another grey day and I've spent most of it indoors at a training session . Ended up doing that whole ' oh I've seen a potential picture' thing on the city bypass on the way to the vet this evening. Kept going till I found a stopping place to take this photo. I really liked the different tones and shades created by the rock, soil, vegetation and sprinkle of snow.
