Lanarkshire

Lanark and Carluke today, followed by the parliament until late. 

A funny thing with the weather.  It's mild enough here, but just down the road in Biggar it was -13 last night, and it was -8 on the road this morning.  The snow is knee-high in the fields, and those who had left their hats in the office regretted that decision.  

We have a new baby!  Unlike the old one, she sleeps.  In fact, she seems to be trying to catch up on seven months of sleep, which suits us fine.
