Sausage anyone?
I'm quite picky about meat, especially sausages. But our Ladies' Group had an interesting evening in the company of a mother and son free range family butchers. They explained all the mystique of butchering and showed cuts of meat that I vaguely remember from school Domestic Science. They source locally, love what they do, and I shall eat their sausages with pleasure - even if I am supposed to be on a diet!
