Giant Ice Worms

Well, ok, they aren't really worms, but for some reason that's what these ice formations  remind me of...giant worms all crawling up out of the ground like you'd see in some old horror movie! The shapes, yet again, were different from the other day, & I liked this one because you can see the Lake behind them--in only 2 days of freezing weather the Lake has developed huge sheets of ice covering the water inside the breakers. 
 A beautifully sunny day, but only 12 degrees (F), so bitterly cold--I didn't stay out very long as I was on my way home from work & really not dressed to be out walking in this cold! :)
