Wet but dry

Successfully appointed a new deputy today. Two candidates who we really put through the mill but both came out strongly. Hard day for all concerned.
Came home to wrap myself around this homemade dry martini. My father in law used to make the most incredible dry martinis - it's a tough act to follow. Clearly need lots of practice.
