One of those days today, I finally succumbed to the horrible flu and cold and had to stay in bed for a few hours this morning.

Not sure it has helped much, I still felt rough for the rest of the day but sleep is normally a good healer.

C had fun setting up all sorts of adventures with his Octonauts so that was him happy.

Haven't eaten much today - am hoping tomorrow will be better.
