So at the fine age of 35, I fell quite spectacularly today in the car park of the gp practice rushing to get back to the car with Gordy's prescription, embarrassing and more than just a bit sore. I fell not because it was slippy (was infact well gritted which stung like a bandit) but because I hadn't tied my laces *shame faced*
