Celebrating in Boston
The New England Patriots won the Super Bowl on Sunday and the fans have been celebrating ever since. Today there was a parade welcoming the players back to the city before they leave again for their homes during the off season. Despite the piles of snow (30 inches in the last week) and the cold temperatures, they came out in droves. The players, coaches, management, owners and their family rode through the streets of Boston in the WWII Duck boats to cheering crowds and confetti raining down. The sun shone and all was well. Only a couple of weeks before the baseball team, the boys of summer, The Boston Red Sox report for spring training. Summer can't be far behind.
