Fluffy clouds

A scene which looks much warmer than it was, the wind was perishing. I don't know where all the local roads go so I take a different route home when I have the time. However the road I took today went past a farm where muck spreading was in evidence not just by the smell but the amount of sxxt on the road. It was covered from side to side, and even tough I was travelling at less than 20 mph, my car was covered. Builders have to clear up their mess, why don't farmers?
