Winter winds

On the way to the girls' golf lesson, we saw this - an, otherwise, healthy tree (or so I would have thought) which was 'blown in half'.  That's the only way I can describe it!  Both the UK and the Netherlands suffered heavy winds recently - it amazes me when the wind is strong enough to wreak havoc like this.
