A Swinging Time
With Sarah and I both sick, Sebastian (my lovely grandson) has been at a bit of a loss and full of more energy than either of us can cope with. This afternoon we joined forces to take him to the park in the hope of wearing him out.
It worked. He is now fast asleep and I'm not far behind him - definitely time for my Nana nap.
I took a lot of photos of him swinging, climbing, sliding, crawling and running. In the end I've chosen this one though as it shows not just how high he likes to swing but what a typical Murchison winter day looks like. The cloud hangs around until early afternoon then, as it finally begins to clear, we have his fantastic blue sky above and the hills surrounding us still clad in cloud. An hour after this was taken the sky is now an incredible shade of deep blue, with not a cloud to be seen.
