Cast out your nets!

This picture shows the fishing nets laid out on the beach to dry. I love the open mouth of the net in the middle and the different textures and styles of weave in the net.
The fishermen took as long to coil the ropes then spread out and check the net as they did bringing in the catch. Next they checked over their wooden boat and restocked it ready to go out again tonight. The boat was then covered for the day with lightweight sections of palm thatch to keep out birds and other trespassers.
They fishermen go out to sea at around 8pm and come back around 9am. I am happy not to have to live that life.
