Derelict Tulip

I had been intending to take a photo for Derelict Thursday today but events conspired against me and I ran out of time. Then I remembered that I had left a few tulips in the vase to dry as they make such interesting shapes. 

I looked up 'derelict' in the dictionary and one description was 'in a very poor condition as a result of disuse and neglect'. I think this fits that description perfectly.
