Something Green. Leitz Summitar 50mm.

I swung by the Swissbäkers (previously Blipped here) for a croissant and cuppa Euro coffee.  Need I say it?  More snow, high winds and terrifying cold today.  There on my table was this little trough full of happy-looking succulents from warmer climes.  It made me think of the Karoo in South Africa or perhaps Arizona; at any rate, somewhere where the sun shines, it's hot and dry and it's the antithesis of Boston in February.  But that's never far away, and the tundra made itself the bleak background to this Blip.
