Heart of oak

I think it's obvious from my blips that I love trees. This is a favourite of mine, a huge oak standing beside the Nith between Friars Carse and Ellisland. I like to think that it was familiar to Robert Burns and to my forefathers who lived nearby. It makes Sarah look tiny :-)
