Bear a grudge, Moi????

Oh most certainly. The idiot who has built next door has spent as much time as possible with his radio blasting Pirate FM for my personal benefit. He has to be the most ignorant shambles of a human I have come across in many years. Two weeks ago a chimney was created in the new building. Today it was ripped out along with most of the original roofing material which is only 2 years old. It looks as if there has been a leak. 

What a chuffing shame.
