Edinburgh's Alpine Impersonation

At certain times the light bends the scene and hills which are normally distant and green become closer and alpine.  Love the new vistas my camera sees.  The Scott Monument (2nd spire from the left) against the Lomond Hills over in Fife.

It was a glorious day, and surprisingly warm at around 8 degrees Celsius.
