Slow speed collision in Italy

Who would have through Bologna could suffer blizzards?  Certainly not me as I skidded the car, very slowly, with no grip at all, into the car in front as it waited to turn across the traffic.  The paperwork takes a long time in Italy even though we couldn't even see any damage!
