Dawlish & Torquay

Ann and I went walking in Dawlish this morning whilst Colin went on his volunteer job. We walked along the beach to have a look at the work still continuing on shoring up the sea wall following last year's storms.

Then through the town and back along the brook stopping to watch the ducks and black swans who were busy building a nest on an island in the brook.

After lunch the three of us went to Torquay, Ann and Colin walking along the cliff tops from Meadfoot whilst I took the car to a town centre car park.

We went for coffee at Coffee#1 followed by a meal at Pizza Express.

The weather has been cloudy and cold but no rain or snow.
