One of those days

I started off feeling just like the fella at the back...

I've got a trapped nerve in my neck, and I was doing the dull task of walking through the stores, locating and listing all the manual handling equipment and ladders that need regular servicing or safety checks... 

But this evening I'm staying with the crumblies, I've had my tea cooked for me and I'm dosed up with ibuprofen... Dave is off a visiting so I shall be conking out,  looking a bit like the fella at the front, trying to keep my neck and arms in some kind of comfortable position... 

Hopefully I will evolve into something more human by the morning...
