I know what I know

I was involved in the software industry for many years and learned that the techies know much more about computer shit than I could ever hope to learn in 3 or 4 lifetimes.
Free software  normally doesn't come with support, that's why I buy my software.
I don't know what the problem was that caused an issue this morning, I don't want to know. But I do know that techies know more than I know.

Did I mention that the techies know more than I do?
