Time to talk. Time to change.

Today was Time to Talk day. Part of the Time to Change initiative to try and end the stigma attached to mental health issues. 
Top of my pile of things to do tonight was review the notes I'd made at my CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) meeting on Tuesday.
I guess this is a coming out moment for me (although not to those closest). I've suffered mental health problems for years and, at times, can still struggle. The single biggest thing you can do for someone with MH issues is listen. After that, empathy, humour, conversation and fishing.
