Small things in big packages

These gloves arrived in a huge box. What a waste of packaging.
Sometimes we can be deceived by the outward appearance of someone. We think they're something they're not. We make assumptions about who they are or what they can do without giving them a chance. This speaks to me of the need to treat everyone with respect and anticipation for what they can achieve. This is especially true for those with learning difficulties. They have so much to teach us about life if only they are given the chance. We are all made in the image of God and beloved.

 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. - 2 Corinthians 3:18
