Teapot
A beautiful, spring like day.
I saw my Cardiac Consultant this morning and she was very happy with my progress. A couple of tweaks to my medication and I was on my way.
It was such a beautiful day that we stopped off in Balgay Park, where the Observatory is situated. It is a favourite dog walking area and we met a lady who was walking four retired Blind Assistance dogs. One of them, affectionately known as Teapot, had been a Guide Dog for 7 years before retiring but now was deaf and partially sighted herself. All four were being lovingly looked after by this lady - I guess it is an important link in the chain of training, working and retirement of these amazing dogs.
