Notes: Bitterly cold with much of the day below 0. Ran out for one quick errand, otherwise around the house helping mom with various things. We had 5 different people stop by to visit and bring food so was a very social day. This pic is of her on the machine that straightens and bends the leg - she does it for up to 6 hrs a day.
