Today our editorial teams held a cake sale as Alex a colleague had a bad accident last year and was expected to in hospital for 6+ months, thanks to the marvellous spinal unit, he was back at his desk within 3mths!

A worthy cause and of course wonderful cakes to enjoy too!


I've only been home 2 hours and I feel the office bug hitting! A very scratchy throat and coughing ! I did think I had managed to avoid it!
