Mr & Mrs Pheasant

I was woken this morning by the familiar squawking of our regular visitor, though he usually calls round in the afternoon/evening for some peanuts.

Not only was it an unusual time to see him, but he also brought his wife with him for the first time. She was very nervous, understandably, - well, I was still in my pjs - but stayed long enough to have her photo taken breakfast.
