Souh Lodge in the sunshine

I was lucky enough to be taken to lunch at the newly relaunched Matt Gillan at The Pass restaurant here at South Lodge Hotel. The meals here had always been excellent but the new menu was better than I have ever tasted anywhere. We arrived as a Channel 4 TV film crew were leaving having filmed in the kitchens for a programme called Food Unwrapped which will be shown at the end of this month.
This place never fails to impress me but today was quite special.
