Derelict Thursday review
Here are my favourite entries for this week's Derelict Thursday challenge. I counted 80 entries this week and sorting through them to choose only 5 seems to get harder each time. Thanks to everyone - the standard was very high and I am sorry to have to leave some out.
We have not heard from SarumStroller and we miss him. Our emails have been returned as undeliverable. There is probably a simple explanation and he may just be taking a complete break, but if there is anyone out there who knows him personally, it would be good to hear that he is OK.
Herself/Freespiral will be making her own selection of favourites and, as usual we have not conferred.

This old house in the big landscape is a wonderfully evocative image.
South Foreland Magazine by Fergus Murray
A good write-up to this bit of historical dereliction. I want to go in there!
On the way out by Vivienv
A perfect dereliction subject and I just love that chimney with its ivy standing proudly amidst the demolition.
Derelict Thursday by Swannie
A beautifully simple image, perfectly composed. I like the subtle but effective treatment.
Manama by DesertCamel
Lovely subdued tones and that blue house number makes it all the more fascinating.
